PunkRock Jeans Jacket

Hi everyone!
Some of you were a little put of because of the lack of fashion on this blog recently so I decided that today we are going to make up for that! :D
I got the inspiration for this jacket in school because one of my teachers was wearing one similar to this and I just loved the way it completly transformed her silhouette.. and I REALLY need a long sleeved jeans jacket :D :P
PS: I have no clue why I wrote "Punk Rock" on the back but I felt like it needed something :D

The amazing, The wonderful, The ingenius-tube scarf! :D

It is warm, it is big, it is cozy and it is very very stylisch-the tube scarf. A real magic piece which is perfect for any windy day, colder evening or just a fashionable stroll through the streets. As you can proooobably imagine due to my ethusiastic use of adjectives-it is-along with the plaid scarf-one of my absolute favorite pieces which is definetely a must in fall and winter.
This is example you can see right here is very big and wollen, in a kind of (seriously I couldn't think of a better example...) seaweed color.

Vintage shirt outfit

Hi everyone! Did I ever mention-my favorite style of fashion is vintage :D and yes I know it is kind of daring to call this outfit vintage but it is only one of many which will appear on here :D
It is a comfy and baggy tanktop with a large floral...thing.... (basically only a splotch of color) at the front, a pair of jeans, a simple leather bag and not to forget-the laced leather boots :D
xoxo Alex :D
PS: her face is black not because she is part of some weird spiritual group but because I messed up the lips and she looked more like a facebook meme than a person ;)

Jeans Vest Outfit

Hello there! :D A rather late post today but I hope you enjoy it anyway ;)
If you were wondering how to pull off the jeans vest from yesterday-here's an idea.
A simple pair of trousers (if you choose jeans be careful that the two different jeans colors match!-I would prefer colorful trousers for this combination) with a loose tanktop or shirt. here I also added a little triangular scarf, a cute hat <3 and a pair of wedges.

DIY-embelished Jeans Vest

Hi everyone!! I'm so excited today!! I can finally present to you my first DIY-Project! So lets begin :D
It was a while back that my good friend persuaded me that everyone must have a jeans vest-we were out shopping and she was looking for one for herself and on that occasion-I found the perfect one for me. I took it home and looked at it and thought I had to spice it up somehow. This is the result.
Materials: Simple jeans vest (you can cut off the sleeves of your jeans shirt, buy a new jeans jacket or like me find one in a local second hand store for 15 euros), (optional) fabric die or bleach and of course the things you want to embelish it with-this could be literally ANYTHING-buttons, pins, pieces of fabric, embroidery (then you need embroidery thread :D), rhine stones, sequins, fabric pens just to name a few!
Step 1: Especially if you got a second hand vest-wash it first. There is nothing more frustating than spending hours sewing and embelishing and then noticing that there is a stain somewhere which you don't want to have because washing the vest afterwards is not the easiest of things :D
Step 2: If you are using fabric die or bleach do it now. I decided not to because I was actually quite happy with the color but I think it would look awesome if you did!
Step 3: Now start embelishing. You can basically do anything you want. What I did was put lots of pins which I in various corners of my art boxes -you can see lots of Linkin Park ones, Unicef and one from this project called "Sternsinger" on the collar of the jacket (you can also put rhinestones or buttons or sequins or whatever you like)
and I wrote "Inspire" in lots of different letters on the back. The letters I layed out individually on a table before I actually sewed them on. This way I could regulate the size of the letters so they all fit on the back of the jacket-you don't want to suddenly run out of space!
I hope you enjoyed this tutorial! I can't wait to see your results so please feel free to share them in the comments section! And if you want more tutorials like this-I have lots more ideas in store-and if you have any-let me know!! :D
xoxo Alex
oh and btw-we have 70th post anniversary! There are exactly 70 post on this blog :D

Ballpointpen Series 4 - happy girl with shades

Hello there! So here we go-part 4 of the pen (:D) series today! Again I had a photo which I found on tumbl the other day as a guideline for this design.
The fashion here is relatively simply-it is a over-lengthed grey knitted top with a pair of blue jeans. What I loved about her outfit is how she styled it. She's wearing a white hat, lots of awesome bracelets, a tourquoise bag but choose not to wear any necklace and put sunglasses there instead.
Tomorow comes the last part of my series-and then I have something very special for you already planned out! I can't wait to share it with you! :D

Ballpoint Pen Series 3 - Camera Girl with leather bag

Hi! What I have for you today is the third part of my ballpoint pen (dude-it is getting really tiring to actually write "ballpoint pen" the whole time...how about we simply say pen from now on?) so the third part of my pen series (aaah much better :D)-
What you see here is my interpretation of a photo I found on the sartorialist the other day. Again I was searching for an interesting pose when I came across this picture of a girl taking a photograph with her camera. On the picture she was dressed completly in denim apart from her (awesooome!) leather bag she had hanging over her shoulder.
I hope you like it!

Ballpoint Pen Series 1-Jeans with Floral Sweater

Hello! :D I'm starting a series today!!! From now until Thursday there will be a series of drawings of people I copied off street-style photos on the web and for which I only used a ballpoint pen.
So here is the first piece. I copied it from a photo I found on the locals. I mainly chose it because I like her pose (something I'm working on too at the moment-trying out different poses so my figurines don't always simply stand there) and there are interesting folds on the sweater.
I hope you like it!

Black Hoodie

Hi! Today's design reminds me a little bit of one of the outfits my friends like to wear.
It is an oversized hoodie, with a pink tanktop, some short jeans and (as always) laced leather boots. The outfit was finished with a long pink necklace with a peace-sign pendant.
I hope you like it!

Short Jeans with Tights

Hi! You see this kind of outfit everywhere at the moment with the colder weather creeping in and everyone not wanting to give up their shorts. Well the solution is tights under the shorts!
Here the classic example with some short jeans, grey tights, laced brown leather boots and a simple white top.
By the way-yes I did notive that the neck is kind of very far on the left-please forgive me for that :D

Step up outfits

Hello guys! Today's outfit, well outfits, are not of my usual ones. I was inspired to do these after watching Step up which weill probably explain a lot.
The girl's outfit is a simple red bustier top and some extremely low sitting comfortable sweat pants. The man has some simple low sitting trousers and a simple black shirt. Both of them wear a simple hoodie over their outfits.

Hippie skirt with jeans vest

Hey everyone-I absolutely love the concept f today's skirt and as soon as I find the awesome maxi skirt I'm looking for I'll definitely try this out.
It is as I already mentioned a long skirt in a very bright, firery fabric and a simple blue, a little oversized jeans vest. in the sketch I just left the outfit like that but you could definitely add lots of big jewelery (nothing intricate-it would just get lost in the oufit) and maybe a hat or a bandana.
