Skull vest, ripped tights and awefully cute pigtails!

Hello! I'm running a little late today-a little misplanning I'm afraid so this will have to be rather short. I'm so sorry I promised something special today but it is going to be just another punk-style outfit...I just didn't have time today so I'll postpone the special post for tomorow.
As a you can see this outfit is a little more feminine with lots of pink and green accents (<3) I think I'm kind of getting the hang of this kind of styling-the main idea is simple-rather plain cothes spiced up with lots of accessoires. Let me show you on this example...

Leather jacket paired with a neon mini-skirt :D

Hi there! I hope you're all having a nice evening and enjoying "the voice" :D We have the last punk outfit post today (I want to try something different tomorow so we'll see about that!) and of course another mohawk-I'm sorry-I know not all punks have that but I think it is one of the most awesome haircuts ever and I just had to use the chance- so yes, this time it is not actually spikey but I love it anyway! :D
The top here is a black biker jacket with a zip on one side. This ones paired with an elastic mini-skirt. Under it there's a ripped tights (or tights with a very swirly design :D) and a pair of laced neon trainers.

Swirly Mohawk with matching tie, combat boots and a band shirt!

Hello! I hope y'all had an awesome Halloween last night with lots of awesome costumes (awesome source for inspiration by the way!) I thought about doing a Halloween Special with costumes and everything but I had a very busy day so it was impossible...I promise I'll post some costumes for Carnival though! :D
By the way I chose the shoes today as a promo because I was so proud that FINALLY you can kind of see the fruits of my efforts last week to learn to draw shoes XD

Pink Corset, studded jacket, plaided skirt and (awesome!) black laced boots

Hello everyone! The first actual punk outfit reaches you tooday!
It took me a while to get this one right, simply because I do not really have the most experience in this kind of styling. And how does one find out something one doesn't know? YES - research. So that's what I did and I found that the punk-ish styling isn't actually that hard:the two main ingredients are lots of black and a LOT of metal...also a hint of neon is usually there too. Skirts are usually worn with ripped tights, and the most popular shoe is the big, bulky leather laced boot.

Alice in Wonderland special :D

Hi everyone! :D
I'm back from the awesome workshop yesterday and today! Today we did a lot of designing using the inspiration from our moodboards. I love workshops like these because you meet so many awesome people which like the same things as you do and with who you can talk about fashion and design. Also especially in this course there were lots of different people from different age groups who you got to know over time and who could all  provide their own experiences.I think this is an essential part of creative work in fashion-of course it is a lot of indepent work in front of your own little desk too-but the exchange of ideas with other people just keeps it exciting!
The first design which you can see on the right is a T-shirt with a print of the two fat twins from Alice in Wonderland. I tried making a kind of suit for the figure which would make it fat and bulky too but for some reason that looked kind of...bizarre (I wonder why?! :D)
so I settled for this print :D btw-don'T you think the head of the figure is kind of similar to the heads of the twins? There is some kind of unintentional resemblance....

Trainers for a Princess

Hi everyone!
I can't wait to tell you-on the weeked I'll be busy doing a fashion and costume design workshop! My first "real" lessons in this field (apart from the usual art lessons at school :D) so I'm really excited what I'll learn! So I'll definitely keep you posted on that :D
So let's get to today's design.Obviously it is a shoe and it is a kind that a few months a go I saw everywhere but wasn't so in love with it yet, and now I'm in love with it and I can't find it anywhere XD

Laced neon Plateau heels :D

Hi everyone!
I hope you're all doing good-I am even though I see to be quite cold because here in Germany, fall has decided to kick in (one day 20°C-7°C the next...) and I'm not really into the the warm clothes mode yet :D
I was inspired to today's shoes when I watched this video from Diane von FĂŒrstenbĂŒrg's Spring Collection (see Inspiration page for the link) and the actual shoes were quite faraway so they looked like different ones. So I picked up that idea and kind of turned it into two differnt shoes (not entirely on purpose XD).

Oversized Red "Bond" Cape

Hey!
It was during a conversation with a friend of mine that we came to the conclusion that the next bond will have to be a woman. No more Daniel Craig, Sean Connery or Pierce Brosnan-no the next one should be Scarlett Johanson (in the Avengers she wasn't that bad so she should manage Bond :D) or something.
To be fair the name James would have to change a little-I guess Jamie would work...and of course the bond-girls would turn into smokin' hot guys and there you go-the perfect recipe for a successfull movie!

long black coat

Hello :D
Today's preview is a little unusual if you have a the theme "coats but I chose the shoes anyway so that in a minute, when you click on "Read More :D" we can concentrate on the coat :D
So they're bright red, have plateau heels and laces!

Sunday's DIY fancy Tank Top

Hi! :D Sooooo-I have decided that I will introduce something new today-again! So from now on-Sunday is DIY day! From now on every Sunday I will post a DIY! I'm sorry today's DIY has nothing to do with our motto for this week-Think Pink, but I guess it's the last day of that anyway.

Jeans Vest Outfit

Hello there! :D A rather late post today but I hope you enjoy it anyway ;)
If you were wondering how to pull off the jeans vest from yesterday-here's an idea.
A simple pair of trousers (if you choose jeans be careful that the two different jeans colors match!-I would prefer colorful trousers for this combination) with a loose tanktop or shirt. here I also added a little triangular scarf, a cute hat <3 and a pair of wedges.

DIY-embelished Jeans Vest

Hi everyone!! I'm so excited today!! I can finally present to you my first DIY-Project! So lets begin :D
It was a while back that my good friend persuaded me that everyone must have a jeans vest-we were out shopping and she was looking for one for herself and on that occasion-I found the perfect one for me. I took it home and looked at it and thought I had to spice it up somehow. This is the result.
Materials: Simple jeans vest (you can cut off the sleeves of your jeans shirt, buy a new jeans jacket or like me find one in a local second hand store for 15 euros), (optional) fabric die or bleach and of course the things you want to embelish it with-this could be literally ANYTHING-buttons, pins, pieces of fabric, embroidery (then you need embroidery thread :D), rhine stones, sequins, fabric pens just to name a few!
Step 1: Especially if you got a second hand vest-wash it first. There is nothing more frustating than spending hours sewing and embelishing and then noticing that there is a stain somewhere which you don't want to have because washing the vest afterwards is not the easiest of things :D
Step 2: If you are using fabric die or bleach do it now. I decided not to because I was actually quite happy with the color but I think it would look awesome if you did!
Step 3: Now start embelishing. You can basically do anything you want. What I did was put lots of pins which I in various corners of my art boxes -you can see lots of Linkin Park ones, Unicef and one from this project called "Sternsinger" on the collar of the jacket (you can also put rhinestones or buttons or sequins or whatever you like)
and I wrote "Inspire" in lots of different letters on the back. The letters I layed out individually on a table before I actually sewed them on. This way I could regulate the size of the letters so they all fit on the back of the jacket-you don't want to suddenly run out of space!
I hope you enjoyed this tutorial! I can't wait to see your results so please feel free to share them in the comments section! And if you want more tutorials like this-I have lots more ideas in store-and if you have any-let me know!! :D
xoxo Alex
oh and btw-we have 70th post anniversary! There are exactly 70 post on this blog :D

Candy colored shirt

Hello! Today's (well actually tonight's) is something I've always wanted to try but never really managed to get it right.
It is a candy colored tank top (which would look awesome with a long necklace with some kind of pendant by the way) and some leather pants. To top it off there are some pink (!) leather laced boots to match the color of the top and some bracelets.
Feel free to comment and to share

Funky Blazer

Hey everyone! This post is for one of my very special friends and fans :D It is funky and very colorful-the unique eyecatcher to your outfit.
Again it is a simple and classic cut but the patterns and the colors make it stand out and special.
You can style this to suite any occasion-it could be casual with a pair of jeans, some flats and maybe a necklace or business-like with a a pencil skirt and classic pumps-just don't overdo it with the styling because the piece itself is already very bright. This outfit is a simple black tank-top, black leather trousers and high red sandals.
I hope you like it!
xoxo Alex
