I really can't seem to get the proportions right. It's bugging me, I see that it's not right but I don't seem to be able to change it...:O It was more a sketch to test the polychromos a bit and maybe a study for an upcoming piece, who knows, I seem to stumble on a lot of ideas lately :O

Bohemian Princess-in color

I decided today that even though I'm not satisfied with it, I still had to finish this piece. I like the hair and the updo with the flowers in the back but somethings wrong about the eye and the mouth :O

Still haven't found the perfect pose for my more sophisticated piece-at first I was thinking of a floppy hat maybe, but then my sketches always turned cow-girl on me and that was certainly not what I'm going for...

Hero finished piece

Colors or no colors? :D I was thinking of pastels maybe, but it's not the right paper so that might be a little complicated.
But even in black and white, I really like how this turned out. I think this picture is the kind of art I want to do at the moemnt, it says a lot about my style I think. More to come soon! ;)

Takeover - Jimmy Urine

Hey there everybody! :)

Alex already warned you: You're stuck with me for the next few days. Sorry for that :P

But since Alex asked me just yesterday if I could run the blog while she is in Finnland, I didn't really had the time to prepare something special for you guys. But I dug out a drawing I made about half a year ago for an exhibition (yes, this one), so some of you may have seen it already but I really like how this one turned out so whatever. It's Jimmy Urine, the singer of Mindless Self Indulgence btw.
